Overview:

There is a pattern for a small Tote which comfortably carries an iPad or Kindle and the larger Tech Tote pattern is ideal for your laptop. Inside it boasts many compartments and pockets for charging cables, pens, and other essentials. The handles can be customised to suit your needs. It is perfect for commutes or travel. This pattern embodies a contemporary vibe, perfect for tech enthusiasts and professionals alike.

Materials Needed: For both small and large Tech Totes

• 1 meter of cotton lining
• 1/2 meter of thin cotton
• 1 packet of 100% polyester polydown wadding
• 1 meter of webbing of your choice(We've used 1" wide webbing)
• 1/2 meter of water repellent PU
• 1 popper
• 1 magnetic snap
• matching cottons (I used Aurifil 40wt & 50wt)
• fusible fleece (optional)
• fat quarter of contrasting lining

• Sewing machine
• Material cutting scissors
• Clips and pins
• Heat erasable pen
• Quilting ruler
• Quilting tape
• Rotary cutter
• Cutting mat
• Tape measure
• Iron
• Ironing cloth
• Small sharp scissors
• Awl
• Ironing roll
• Turning/Edging tool
• Seam ripper
• Fray check
• Walking foot (optional)
• Green machine (optional for magnetic snap and poppers)
• 505 spray
• Non-stick needle (will help if sewing PU)

Can be easily customisable with either short handles or long over the shoulder handles, the choice is yours.

Additional Notes:

You can increase the length of the straps on the Tech Tote to wear over the shoulder if preferred.
